Our Chefs

Pablo Fronza

Borned in Tucunduva, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Raised by his mother and grandmother, he started helping in the kitchen when he was still a child.

He studied in a small city with a population of only 8 thousand people, called Bela Harmonia. Living among farm animals, the passion for barbecue was inevitable since it was a family tradition.

Even though he chose to study arts at college, he never let go his love for food and culinary arts. At the age of 26 years old, Pablo decided to live a new adventure and moved to Dublin, Ireland, where he found a job that marked his path towards the opening of his first Burger shop in 2008. Since then he pursuit in the entrepreneurship path until the opening of Bull Bear Burger.

Bruno Machado

Bruno Machado, born in 1993 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has always aimed high and had a very free childhood. Against all odds, became interested in law and attended college for 6 years while working for most of the time in a well known law firm.

In 2017, before coming to Ireland, Bruno started an informal food business focused on healthy food for his friends and it ended up becoming a great success in his office. He ended by earning more than he earned in a month in his formal job, and that’s when he realized that he had a gift, to be an entrepreneur and a chef.

Once he was in the Island, Bruno worked in several cuisines. From Indian cuisine, bakeries, Japanese food, Italian food to Brazilian food.

During the pandemic, Bruno decided to share his knowledge in investments and took a break from being a chef to dedicate himself to the financial market.

Currently, the financial market, his love for entrepreneurship and cooking go hand in hand and are all part of his life.

For instance, Bull Bear Burger name came from the investment passion, Bull is used for when the market is rising and Bear for when the market is falling.
